The monthly rental rate is $_____________ per month with a minimum of ____________ month(s). Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Rental is on a month to month basis. The rental rate may change at any time. If renter does not remit payment within the terms of this agreement, renter agrees that Midway Trailer Rental, Inc. shall possess a possessory lien on the contents of the trailer or storage unit.

Any insurance which may be needed will be provided by the renter. Midway Trailer Rental, Inc. is not responsible for any damages whatsoever to the contents of this trailer or storage unit. We are not liable in any case of theft or injury. Renter assumes all liability. A certificate of insurance may be required. If renter requires a certificate of insurance from Midway Trailer Rental, Inc., renter agrees to pay any and all costs associated with acquiring the certificate of insurance. This agreement may be terminated at any time at Midway Trailer Rental, Inc. discretion.This agreement does not give the renter the right to rent..Any damage which may occur other than normal wear and tear will be paid by the renter. The trailer/ unit must be returned clean free of debris or trash. This trailer/ unit is for stationary purposes only. It is not to be used nor intended to be used over the road. This trailer/unit may not be sublet or subleased to anyone at any time.

By signing this agreement renter hereby releases Midway Trailer Rental,Inc and/or any Midway Trailer Rental,Inc personnel from any liability whatsoever to any damage done to any person, property or anything else while delivering, picking up, moving, or any other reason that Midway Trailer Rental,Inc may be upon the renters jobsite And any other property that the renter directs Midway Trailer Rental,Inc to enter upon. Renter expressly releases Midway Trailer rental,Inc from any liability. Renter assumes all liability for any and all damages done on renters jobsite and/or property etc.Renter hereby agrees to indemify Midway Trailer Rental Inc for any claims of damage, injury, etc. Renter shall defend Midway Trailer Rental Inc against any claims whatsoever.

If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid it shall not affect any other part of this agreement.

THIS TRAILER/UNIT MUST NEVER BE MOVED WITH ANY CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT OF ANY KIND.
